With 34 years of experience, Eastrategies brings together a multi-skilled team, 40% of whom are Romanian, along with French and Bulgarian nationals. All are French and English speakers, with some Russian speakers, and bring field expertise and in-depth knowledge of the cultural and commercial specificities of Central Europe. Led by Marc Pascal Huot, the team includes four specialized project managers, a lawyer, and three operational experts. From Hungary to Greece
Eastrategies' first point of anchorage is Romania. In 1992,Marc Pascal Huot placed this little-known country, with its rich commercial, human, agricultural, and industrial potential, at the heart of his development strategy. In this dynamic, fast-growing market, French products are renowned and appreciated. Eastrategies' goal is to convince business leaders to set up their companies in this European Eldorado, to establish a presence in this market and, above all, to assist them in all stages of their development. In 2000, Eastrategies expanded its services by offering entrepreneurs the opportunity to set up in Bulgaria. In 2008, it was Moldova's turn. From 2016 to 2018, Serbia, France, then Slovakia and the Czech Republic joined the Eastrategies network, which is strengthened year after year by numerous partners, a coherent structure, and multi-sector activities. Since 2020, new opportunities have opened up for Eastrategies and our partners in Hungary, offering executives and entrepreneurs a wide range of host countries in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2024, we established a partnership in Greece.
